Refund policy

Mario Turco accepts returns of unused items within 7 days from the date of shipment. Refunds are applied only to fully priced items. We require merchandise to be returned in pristine conditions and unworn.

We kindly ask our customers to try all of our pieces on over clean undergarments.
If stains, tears or anything similar are to be found on the selected item, the refund won't be applicable and it will be shipped back to the original shipping address and the customer will be charged for all the necessary expenses.

Refunds on fully priced items will be sent out to the original debit/credit card that was used to purchase the item.
We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from the original website.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to our facility.
Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method and those shipping costs will be not covered by us.

Please note: international customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs as any taxes and/or duties may be applied to your order.

Mario Turco reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the listed above requirements.
Refunds may take from 5 to 10 business days to be credited.
